How to play

1

Children form a circle and one player stands in the middle.

2

The group sings and claps 'There's a brown girl in the ring, sha-la-la-la-la.'

3

On cue the group sings 'Show me your motion' and the middle child invents a silly or expressive dance move.

4

The circle copies the move while singing along.

5

The middle child then taps someone new to take their place.

Keep it fair

Everyone's move is valid, clap and copy every single one without judgement, even the weirdest ones. This game is about confidence, not competition.
