The rules
How to play
1
Children form a tight circle holding hands, this is the pen.
2
One child (the bull) goes inside and tries to burst through by ducking, charging, or tricking the fence into letting go.

Those in the circle chant 'Bull inna pen caah cum out!' and strengthen their grip, shuffle sideways, and close gaps.
4
When the bull breaks through they sprint away; whoever allows the gap becomes the next bull.
Keep it fair
Agree before the game that the bull may push arms apart but may not hit anyone, strength only, no contact with faces or heads.
