The rules

How to play

1

Divide players into two teams. One team defends inside a marked rectangle; the other sends one chaser at a time who must hop on a single leg throughout their turn.

2

The hopping chaser tries to tag as many defenders as possible within 2, 3 minutes.

3

Defenders can dodge freely on both feet but must stay inside the boundary.

4

Tagged defenders sit out.

5

Teams swap roles after all chasers have had a turn; the team that tags more defenders wins.

6

If the chaser puts their raised foot down, their turn ends immediately.

Keep it fair

Agree before the game that both feet on the ground, even for a split second, ends the chaser's turn with no debate. One neutral watcher per turn helps.
