How to play

1

Two teams of equal size stand in parallel lines about 5 metres apart, each holding hands to form a chain.

2

Team A picks one player who runs full speed and tries to break through the linked hands of Team B at any point they choose.

3

If they break through, they take two captured players back to Team A.

4

If they are stopped, they join Team B.

5

Teams alternate sending a runner.

6

The team with the most players after a set time wins.

Keep it fair

The runner must aim for the gap between two joined hands, no shoulder-charges into bodies. If a break is unclear, the runner stays in their original team and the next player goes.
