How to play

1

One player is the leader and one keeps time.

2

All others cover their eyes or face away while the leader hides sticks or pebbles (one per player) in various spots, under rocks, in the sand, behind trees.

3

When ready, the leader shouts 'Pilolo!' and all players race to find a hidden item.

4

Once found, the finder must sprint to the finish line and hand it to the timekeeper, without letting others see where they found it.

5

The first to arrive scores a win for that round.

6

Play several rounds and tally; most wins overall takes the title.

Keep it fair

The timekeeper has final say on the order of arrivals, agree before you start that they are the judge, and there is no arguing the call.
