The rules
How to play
1
One player is Captain.

Everyone else stands in the middle.

The Captain calls commands and players must act immediately: 'Port', run left; 'Starboard', run right; 'Bow', run forward; 'Stern', run back; 'Captain's coming', stand and salute; 'Hit the deck', lie flat; 'Climb the rigging', mime climbing.

The last player to complete each action, or anyone who makes a mistake, is out.

Last player standing wins.
Keep it fair
Be consistent, eliminate the last person to complete the action, not the one who looked slightly slow. Pointing clearly to the person who is out avoids arguments about who was last.
