The rules
How to play
1
One player is the night guard; everyone else strikes a pose as statues around the space.
2
The guard wanders the museum; statues must stay perfectly still whenever they're watched, but can creep, swap poses or pull faces behind the guard's back.
3
Any statue caught moving is out or joins the guard.

The last frozen statue wins.
Keep it fair
Agree that 'caught' means clearly seen moving, not 'I think they wobbled', in big groups a second guard settles disputes on its own.
