The rules
How to play
1
Three or more players form a circle with right shoulders facing the center.

Each player lifts their right leg and hooks it over the leg of the player to their left, locking all legs together into an interlocked ring.

Players then hold hands and jump clockwise together while singing a folk song.

Variation: use left legs and jump counter-clockwise.

The challenge is staying in sync, anyone who breaks the ring or falls sits out.
Keep it fair
Agree on the jumping pace before locking legs, a slow count of 1-2-3 at the start helps everyone sync up so the ring doesn't break immediately.
