Players each stand on one leg and try to bump their opponent off balance, last one hopping wins.

How to play

1

Each player lifts one foot and holds it with both hands against their opposite thigh, or hooks it behind the knee.

On a signal, players hop toward each other and try to knock the opponent off balance using only their raised knee and body, no hand contact.

If a player puts their second foot down, hops out of the boundary, or releases their raised foot, they lose that round.

Play 1v1 or run a tournament bracket.

Keep it fair

Hands must stay gripping your own foot the whole time. Any hand contact on the opponent is a foul and forfeits the round.
