A relay race where teams pass a cloth baton, and runners from opposing teams try to catch each other on the track.

The rules
How to play
1
Two teams of four or more line up at opposite ends.

The first runner from each team sets off in the same direction around a large looping course.

If a faster runner catches the slower opposing runner before they complete a full loop, their team scores a point.
4
The runner passes a cloth or knotted strip to the next teammate.
5
The team with more points after all runners have gone wins.
Keep it fair
Define the route clearly before starting, place stones or lines as the turning marks so there is no argument about where to run.
