Wolf and Sheep
Also known as Gorg va Goosfand, Kurt Koyun
The mother hen (or shepherd) shields a line of children from the wolf trying to grab the last child in the chain.
How to play
One child is the Wolf, one is the Mother (or Shepherd), and the rest are children who form a chain behind the Mother, each gripping the waist of the child in front.
The Wolf tries to grab the last child in the chain.
The Mother holds her arms wide and moves to block the Wolf, while the whole chain snakes and twists to keep the last child away.
If the Wolf touches the last child, that child becomes the Wolf.
The former Wolf becomes the Mother.
Keep it fair
The Wolf may never use two hands to grab the chain, one hand only. This stops the game turning into a wrestling match and prevents the chain breaking in an argument over what counts as a tag.
