How to play

1

Scratch a large square in the dirt with a circle in the center, roughly 4 by 4 metres.

2

Four players stand in the corners, one stands in the center.

3

On a shared signal, the corner players must all swap corners by running or signalling each other, while the center player races to grab any vacated corner.

4

Whoever is left without a corner moves to the center.

5

Players may swap with any corner, not just adjacent ones, but must visibly agree by eye contact before moving.

Keep it fair

Two players arriving at the same corner at the same time restart that swap, neither wins the corner. This rule prevents shoving and arguments over 'who got there first'.
